JLP implements program to assess the performance of its MPs

By Markelia Rumble

The Jamaica Labor Party (JLP) has implemented a program to assess the performance of its members of parliament.

Speaking to party supporters in St. Elizabeth last night JLP leader, Prime Minister Andrew Holness said the measures are in place to monitor MPs’ performance and ensure they are delivering effective representation to the people.

He explained that the program involves reviewing MPs’ actions and identifying areas for improvement.

Mr. Holness stressed that the goal is to prevent complacency, especially as the public calls for better representation.
