Right handed batsman Jermaine Blackwood and explosive opener Fabian Allen are among a group 6 West Indies regulars named in a 36 man training squad for the Jamaica Scorpions in preparation for the regional Super50 tournament.

The series of training and practice matches which is set to get underway tomorrow and run until October 25 will aid team selection and will be conducted under the watchful eyes of head coach Andrew Richardson. 

The list of west indies call-ups is completed by Nkrumah Bonner, Oshane Thomas, Chadwick Walton and Andrew Mcarthy.

The squad also features, Nicholson Gordon, Akim Fraser, Leroy Lugg, Kirk Mckensie, Jamie Merchant, Marquino Mindley, Jeavor Royal, Aldaine Thomas, Alwyn Williams, Gordon Bryan, Khari Campbell, Kymani Wilson, Romaine Morris, Peat Salmon, Javelle Glen, Dennis Bullai, Ojay Shields, Abhijai Mansingh and Derval Green.

The remainder of the squad includes, Matthew Comerie, Sadique Henry, Oraine Williams, Jermaine Levy, Andre Dennis, Andelle Gordon, Shalome Parnell, Tevin Gilzine and Kennar Lewis
