Prime Minister Andrew Holness says the Jamaica Defence Force, JDF will continue to provide support to the constabulary force in maintaining order following the passage of Hurricane Beryl. 

According to the Prime Minister, the disaster could be further compounded if law and order is not maintained. 

Speaking during a tour of Rocky Point, Clarendon yesterday, Mr. Holness said a break in law and order following a natural disaster would be tragic. 

He said the JDF will also be helping with other hurricane response efforts.
