A member of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) is suspected to have committed suicide in his

community last evening (October 29).

He is twenty-six-year-old Anthony Willocks, of Adelphi Land in Somerton, St. James.

Reports from the Adelphi Police are that about 9:30 p.m., residents stumbled upon Willocks’ body hanging from the ceiling of an abandoned building, with a rope tied around his neck.

Investigations are ongoing.
