Jamaica’s Reggae Girls are still the number 42 ranked  team in the world according to the latest FIFA Coca Cola World rankings issued today.

This means the Reggae Girls remains the number one ranked  team in the Caribbean and fourth in Concacaf.

Mexico at 30 is the third ranked Concacaf team.

In  the meantime the USA twelve months after being ousted from the top, have made a triumphant return to the summit moving up 4 places following their victorious Women’s Oympic Football tournament campaign in Paris. 

England have climbed one spot to number 2 at the expense of Spain who slips from the number  one  ranking to be third with Germany holding firm at number  4.

Sweden moves up two spots to 5th with dethroned Olympic Champions Canada climbing two spots to 6th.

The top ten is completed by Japan 7th, beaten Olympic finalist Brazil 8th, The Democratic Republic of Korea jumps one  place  to  9th  and France  completes  the  top  ten  after  falling  a  massive  8  places.
