Jamaica’s David Duncan appointed to Special Olympic Global Athlete Leadership Council
Special Olympics Jamaica athlete leader David Duncan has been appointed to the Special Olympics global athlete leadership council.
His appointment was made earlier this month.
The appointment means that Duncan will be a member of the Special Olympic international body from 2024 to 2027, where he will be part of the decision making process to help enrich the lives of mentally challenged athletes around the world .
Duncan who is also the Chairman for the special Olympics Caribbean Athletes Council has already received commendations from Special Olympic Jamaica Chairman Roy Howell, and the Executive Director of Special Olympic Caribbean Lorna Bell.
