Jamaican Writer Kwame McPherson is set to take the literary world by storm once again, this time, as he heads to the United Arab Emirates to represent the Caribbean at the prestigious Abu Dhabi International Book Fair.

now in its 34^th year, the fair is set to run from April 26 to May 5 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. McPherson, who made history in 2023 by becoming the first Jamaican to win the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, says he is thrilled to share his rich Caribbean storytelling with a new audience.

With an impressive resume that includes being an Amazon bestseller and a recipient of the University of Westminster’s Outstanding Achievement Award, McPherson is no stranger to success. His latest achievement, having a story accepted for publication in The Caribbean Writer’s upcoming volume, is just another feather in his cap.
