Jamaican Umpire Christopher Mark Taylor appointed to the ICC International panel of Umpires
Jamaican Umpire Christopher Mark Taylor has been appointed to the ICC International panel of Umpires.
The appointment became effective on April 1 when Taylor became the most recent cricket west indies official to successfully complete the ICC umpire accreditation process.
Earlier this year the 45-year-old Taylor benefitted from valuable international exposure through the ICC Umpire Exchange Programme, officiating in Pakistan’s President’s Trophy Grade 1 competition, where his performance was rated as outstanding.
Taylor will commence the next phase of his officiating career by making his first appearance as an International Umpire during the upcoming West Indies International home season.
