The Jamaican team to the 2024 International Karate Daigaku (IKD) Karate World Cup  in Georgetown Guyana are now back in the island after amassing a whopping 13 medals. 

The event which ended last weekend, saw the Jamaican 12 member team winning 1 gold, 4 silver and 8 bronze medals in the four day World Cup. 

The IKD is the fastest growing International Karate organization in the world currently, practiced in some 80 regions in over 58 countries.
