Jamaican race drivers Tommi Gore and Senna Summerbell secures podium finish at ADAC Gt4 racing series
Jamaican race drivers Tommi Gore and Senna Summerbell who earned spots on the winner’s podium at the ADAC Gt4 racing series in Germany, are back in the island after representing Jamaica as the Reggae Racers on Sunday.
Copping third place in the first race and a top 5 spot in the final race.
The Reggae Racers delivered a phenomenal performance nabbing Jamaica’s first-ever trophies in the series.
In addition to the achievement for the pair, it also marked the first time that Jamaica was represented in the famous European GT4 motorsport event.
The 22 year old Summerbell, and the 19 year old Gore whose fathers are also active race drivers, have now managed to establish themselves as a force to be reckoned with on the international racing scene.
The ADAC Gt4 racing series, which comprised a total of six race events at the legendary race courses in Germany and Austria from April to October this year, saw the Jamaican pair achieving a 14th overall placing in the Championship.
