Sunshine Girls stand outs Jhaniele Fowler-Nembhard and Shamera Sterling-Humphrey are holding firm among the statistical leaders after four rounds of games in the Suncorp Super Netball League.

Fowler-Nembhard in her last appearance had a dominant outing compiling a game-high 59 goals from 60 attempts to lift the league leading West Coast Fever to a one-sided 75-59 thrashing of the NSW Swifts in Sydney.

This saw her improving her position atop the scoring charts with 243 goals while she sits fifth in offensive rebounds (13) and first in Nissan Net Points with 490.5.

Sterling-Humphrey meanwhile is first in deflections (27) and intercepts (15) and is third in defensive rebounds (8) and second in Nissan Net Points with 409.

Romelda Aiken-George, who plays alongside Sterling-Humphrey at Adelaide Thunderbirds, is first in offensive rebounds (22) and fourth In scoring with 148 goals while defender Latanya Wilson is second in intercepts with 14 and fourth in deflections with 22.

The trio of Sterling-Humphrey, Aiken-George and Wilson will return to action on Saturday for the Thunderbirds who play away to a Melbourne Mavericks team that features Sunshine Girls shooter Shimona Nelson-Jok at the John Cain Arena.

Fowler-Nembhard in the meantime will take center court alongside Kadie-Ann Dehaney and Shanice Beckford – who leads the league in center-passes received with 86 – for the West Coast Fever who entertain the Queensland Firebirds at the RAC Arena in Perth on Friday.
