Jamaica Olympic Association incorporates Curling into local sporting family
Curling Jamaica one of the newest sporting discipline to the Jamaica Olympic Association family, was this morning officially unveiled to the media, at the offices of the JOA in Kingston.
The organization which came into existence in 2020, today gave its outline for future plans, which include the introduction of the sports to the interested Jamaicans in the island , along with their projected participation in regional and international events.
The plans along these lines and several other areas were outlined, by Ben Kong founder and past President, as well as current President Ian Robertson via video link from Canada.
Secretary General and Ceo of the JOA, Ryan Foster says his organization will go the extra mile to ensure that curling gets the full support to achieve their national mandate.
