Jamaica could become a developed nation in the next ten years.

This, according to Chairman of the Economic Programme Oversight Committee, Keith Duncan.

Speaking during an Epoc quarterly press briefing yesterday (December 5) Mr Duncan said Jamaica’s economy has performed really well in recent years.

He said if proper focus is placed on human capital development and education, then the country can move to developed status.
