The Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority (JCAA) says it is still in the data-gathering phase of its investigation into last month’s plane mishap at the Tinson Pen Aerodrome in Kingston.

JCAA’s Director General, Nari Williams Singh gave the update to IRIE FM News this afternoon.

On August 15, at around 12: 45 PM, the aircraft, which was registered in the United States, veered off the runway while attempting to land.

The two passengers who were on board were taken to hospital and released soon after.
