ISSA announce All-Manning & All-DaCosta squads

Title-holders Garvey Maceo, beaten finalists McGrath High and Champions Cup winners Glenmuir High dominate the selections on the ISSA All DaCosta Cup squad.

The Garvey Maceo aggregation includes goalkeeper Garfield Tomlinson, defenders Tyreek McKeley and Malik Robinson, midfielder Everald Swaby and strikers Christopher Mundle and Omarion O’Brian.

Glenmuir, who were beaten in the semi-finals, also have six players in O’neil Headley, Conroy Nicely, Brendon Wallace, Dunstan Cohen, Jason White and Orane Watson.

Losing finalists McGrath are the next best represented school with 4 players Jamari Fowler, Isaac Mason, Devone Davis and Shane Pusey, earning selections.

The 22-man squad is completed by Michael Martin, Kaneil Brown and Keanu Reid (Ocho Rios High), Deandre Barnett (Steths), Justin Hayles (Clarendon College and Stevaughn Spence of Frome Technical.

The reserves are Jadon Haynes (Ocho Rios), Anrick Gordon (Central High) and Delano Thompson of Garvey Maceo.

In the meantime the All-Manning Squad comprises five players from champions Kingston College in Malique Williams, Kvist Paul, Dejuan Green, Matrim Martin and Damaine Smith.

Omarion Brown was one of 5 players from beaten finalists St. Catherine High that were selected. He is joined by Romario Walters, Nathel Ellis, Kadean Young and Dwight Gentles.

Completing the All-Manning are Alexavier Gooden (Staths), Robino Gordon and Denzel McKenzie (Mona), Rasheem Green, Garrick Taylor, Ronaldo Barrett and Keyanni Jackson (Hydel), Javaun Mills, Nashardo Gibbs and Dyllian John (Jamaica College), Ryan Oneil-Francis (Tivoli Gardens) and Kimarley Scott (Excelsior).

The All-Manning and All-DaCosta Cup selections will face-off in the January 11 playoff at the National Stadium following the meeting between the DaCosta Cup All-Scholastic team and their Manning Cup All-Scholastic counterparts.
