IRIE FM’s Amber among honourees at Queens of Reggae Ceremony
IRIE FM’s radio personality Amber Crowl will be honoured at the Queens of Reggae Island Honorary Ceremony this Sunday.
In an exclusive Music News interview, Amber said she feels happy and satisfied with the recognition for her more than 20 years of service.
The 10th Annual Queens of Reggae Island Honorary Ceremony (QORIHC) will take place on May 31, 2026 at the Karl Hendrickson Auditorium in Kingston, Jamaica.
Founded by registered nurse and singer Laurell Nurse (aka Mye Laurell), the ceremony honours women who have made significant impacts on the island’s culture, media, and the arts over the past decade.
Among this year’s honourees are Dr. Carolyn Cooper, Stacious, JC Lodge, Empress Golding, and Janet Silvera.
