Three firearms were reported as recovered following the deaths of the four men.
An INDECOM team was dispatched to respond and investigate the circumstances of a double fatal shooting in a housing scheme in Ewarton this morning.
The initial reports indicate that two men were killed and one gun was recovered.
The team is undertaking scene processing and investigative enquiries.
Meanwhile, one of the incidents yesterday occurred at Dallas Lane, in Spanish Town.
This incident is in relation to the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Ricardo Fisher.
According to INDECOM, the police report that a team of officers was conducting operations in the March Pen area of Spanish Town.
The officers report that they entered a yard and a man fired a weapon in their direction, and in response, they fired at the man.
He was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead.
One Beretta pistol was reported as recovered from this incident scene.
And 24-year-old Kemar Smith was fatally shot in New Nursery, Spanish Town, yesterday.

The officers returned fire in response.
Smith was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. One firearm was reported as recovered from the incident.
Yesterday’s incident scenes were examined, processed, and evidential material recovered from each incident scene was packaged.
The hands of the deceased men were swabbed for DNA testing and their bodies were photographed and sealed, pending post-mortem examinations.
Initial accounts of the incidents were provided by some of the concerned officers.
No body-worn camera was reported as being issued or worn during any of the incidents.
INDECOM says persons with photos, videos, or information are asked to share them with INDECOM.
INDECOM says since the start of the year, 176 persons have been shot and killed by the security forces of which eight were fatally shot in December.
