Seven people, including six hotel workers were injured in a motor vehicle crash in Negril, Westmoreland, this morning.

Irie FM News understands that the injured persons are employed to Sandals & Beaches Hotels.

Reports from the police are that the Toyota coaster bus carrying the employees was travelling from Negril towards Hanover when it failed to keep left, ran off the road and crashed into a column.

The six passengers and the driver sustained minor injuries.

They were taken to the Savanna-la-mar hospital for treatment.
