The Court of Appeal has scheduled a hearing for June 10 to decide on a potential retrial for the highly publicized case involving Vybz Kartel, Shawn Storm, and their two co-accused.

This decision comes just two days after the Court of Appeal received official documents from the UK Privy Council. As per a notification obtained by Music News, the appellants are required to file and serve skeleton arguments with authorities on or before May 6.

Last month, the UK Privy Council overturned the murder conviction of Vybz Kartel, Shawn Storm, and their two co-accused, directing the Jamaican Court of Appeal to determine whether a retrial should be pursued or if the men should be released.
