Guards attached to Hawk Eye Limited, who are reportedly restive about pay and working conditions, will be staging a peaceful demonstration today, to bring public attention to their grouse.

The Union of Clerical and Administrative Employees (Ucase) said guards who are assigned to be on duty today, will continue to operate as normal, while those off duty will participate in the protest.

Ucase President Vincent Morrison assured that the protest will not affect guard duties at the British High Commission.

He said among the issues is that Hawk Eye offered guards a 5 percent wage increase and this was rejected.
