Global pop sensation Ed Sheeran has found himself at the centre of a viral video showcasing footage of him performing a remix of Gyptian’s 2010 smash hit Hold Yuh.

The clip, captured from a Tik Tok live stream over the weekend shows the pop star taking to the decks with DJ AG on a London Street to perform the mega hit.

Gyptian has since endorsed Sheeran’s performance with multiple reposts on his Instagram story.

Sheeran is no stranger to dancehall music. Back in 2022 he collaborated with Ishawna on a track titled Brace. The collaboration came about after Sheeran expressed his love for Ishawna’s Equal Rights, a remix of his 2017 single Shape of You in an interview, even singing parts of the song.  The video of Ed Sheeran singing Ishawna’s Equal Rights version of the song went viral, and soon after, Ishawna announced that the two were collaborating on a track.
