More than 700 housing solutions are to be constructed at the Mammee Bay Estate in St Ann.

This was revealed by Culture Minister Olivia Grange at a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Mammee Bay Water Wheel on Thursday.

She said China Harbour Engineering Company, is to undertake the venture, which will include restoration of the Mammee Bay Great House.

Ms Grange also announced that the corridor along the north coast highway is to be declared an entertainment zone.
