With Hurricane Melissa now away from Jamaica, the Government is focused on assessing the damage to the country and getting resources to those who need them the most.

Information Minister Dr. Dana Morris Dixon gave the update during a special briefing at Jamaica House this morning.

She noted that Jamaica will rebound, despite the extensive damage experienced by several parishes.
