Opposition leader Mark Golding has lambasted Member of Parliament for St Thomas Eastern Dr. Michelle Charles for what he describes as the disrespectful treatment of a former MP at the recent ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Morant Bay Urban Centre.

During her address on May 15, Dr. Charles invited the PNP’s Dr. Fenton Ferguson on the stage, noting that he and several others were unable to successfully make such a development in the parish.

Mr. Golding, who was speaking last night at a People’s National Party Divisional Conference in the Bath Community claimed that Dr. Charles acted in a classless manner.
