The funeral service for slain police Constable Ricardo Fairclough got underway this morning, at the Ocho Rios Baptist Church in St. Ann.

Constable Fairclough who was attached to the St. Ann Division was killed by gunmen along Bravo Street  in St. Ann’s Bay, on April 15.

He had intervened in an attempted robbery and was shot.

Paying tribute to the slain -policeman, Head of the St. Ann Police Senior Superintendent Dwight Powell described him as a brave man.
