Foota Hype advises Kraff to settle Galiday Bounce dispute out of court
The ongoing disagreement between dancehall artist Kraff, his management team, and Galiday Bounce promoter Galdiez Mendez continues to unfold.
The dispute began after Kraff withdrew from the Galiday Bounce event, citing a breach of contract. On the day of the event, the promoter ultimately canceled the show.
Since then, Galdiez has publicly stated that he wants his money returned.
In response, Kraff said if the promoter can provide receipts confirming that flights and accommodations were booked, he would consider returning the deposit.
Selector Foota Hype, who was also booked for the event, has since weighed in on the matter. He is advising Kraff and his team to resolve the issue out of court, suggesting that a settlement would be the best outcome for all parties involved.
The situation has sparked widespread discussion online, with fans sharing mixed opinions on whether the deposit should be returned and how the promoter has gone about seeking a refund.
