The Electoral Office of Jamaica (EOJ) is to ramp up its preparations for the September 30 by-election in North East St. Ann.

This follows the nomination of 3 candidates today.

They are Independent David Anderson, who was nominated at 11:34 AM, the Jamaica Labour Party’s Matthew Samuda who was nominated at 1:17 PM and Chase Neil of the United Independents’ Congress, who was nominated at 1:52 PM.
