Entertainers join hands and hearts to support 12-year-old boy with cancer
Entertainers Wayne Marshall and Valiant, along with a few social media influencers, and others, united on Tik Tok on Sunday to raise funds for a 12-year-old boy, who is battling stage four cancer of the blood (Hodgkin’s Lymphoma).
The child’s mother, Vanessa Williams-Morgan, during the Live, provided an update on her son’s condition and expressed gratitude for all the assistance received, and stressed that any support is welcome.
Mrs. Williams-Morgan also lauded Wayne Marshall and his wife Tami Chin, for always providing support.
Before exiting the Tik Tok live with his hit single ‘Glory to God’, Wayne Marshall encouraged other celebrities to unite and use their influence for worthy causes once they’re able to verify the authenticity.
Valiant, Facebook Hero, Swiss Lee, and C Miller were among the social media users who made monetary donations and also used their platform to further solicit funds to offset expenses for an upcoming surgery for the 12-year-old boy.
Meanwhile, Dancehall entertainer Spice, who was doing her own IG live, took the time out to pray openly for the child when she was made aware of the cause.
The assistance from the entertainers and social media influencers and users came on the heels of Child’s Month which is observed during the month of May.
