Entertainer Shakespear is mourning the loss of his only son, Dimitri Dyer.

On Instagram Friday (Dec 30), the entertainer who resides in St. Ann shared a pic of his 12-year-old son along with a heartfelt message. “Dear God, you completely broke me. Fly high my young prince. R.I.P Dimitri Demari Dyer”, he wrote.

Shakespear’s young son Dimitri, who would have celebrated his 13^th birthday on January 21, 2023, died on Friday (Dec 30), following an undisclosed illness.

Earlier this month, Dancehall deejay Aidonia and his wife Kimberly lost their 9-year-old son and only child, King Khalif Lawrence, to cancer.

On Tuesday (Dec 26), 31-year-old Jo Mersa Marley, the eldest son of Stephen Marley and grandson of Bob Marley, was found unresponsive in his car in Florida following a suspected asthma attack.
