They are sharing in an unbroken 4th wicket stand of 108 following the dismissals of Zak Crawley (run out for 3), Ben Duckett (76) and Ollie Pope (51).

Alzarri Joseph 2-58 was the most successful of the West Indies bowlers.

Earlier the visitors resuming on their overnight 351 for 5 made 457 all out to take a first innings lead of 41.

Wicket-keeper/batsman Joshua Da Silva played an instrumental role hitting 10 fours and 3 sixes on his way to an unbeaten 82 while sharing in a vital 10th wicket partnership of 71 with Shamar Joseph who slammed 5 fours and 2 sixes on his way to 33 from 27 balls.

Chris Woakes 4-82 was England’s leading bowler.
