Education Minister says 10 students were involved in yesterday’s fatal crash on the Bustamante Highway

Education Minister Dr. Dana Morris Dixon has revealed that a total of 10 students were involved in yesterday’s tragic motor vehicle accident on the Bustamante Highway in Clarendon.
Five of the students were from Lennon High School, including 12-year-old Richard Tulloch and 16-year-old Jody-Ann Lodge, who both lost their lives in the crash.
The other students involved include one from Vere Technical High School, one from Central High School, and three from Garvey Maceo High School, all located in Clarendon.
Providing an update on the accident today, Dr. Morris Dixon shared that one of the hospitalized students has undergone two surgeries so far.
She also stated that additional counseling sessions will be arranged in the coming days to support the affected students and their families.
