Education Minister Dr. Dana Morris Dixon says stakeholders must join hands to rescue the island’s children.

She made the statement at the church service to mark the commemoration of Journalism Week this morning.

Mrs. Morris Dixon said that stakeholders must join hands with the island’s churches to pray for the island’s children. 

She highlighted Friday’s murder of a bus driver on the compound of the Holmwood Technical High School. 

In the meantime, she said government alone cannot solve violence impacting students, but said an all hands on deck approach is necessary.
