Miss Jamaica Universe Dr. Gabrielle Henry has returned to Jamaica and is currently receiving medical care.

She arrived on Thursday with a full medical escort from Bangkok, funded by the Miss Universe Organization.

Dr. Henry had been hospitalized in Thailand after falling off the stage during the evening gown segment of the Miss Universe preliminary competition. The fall reportedly caused bleeding inside the head, loss of consciousness, a fracture, facial cuts, and other significant injuries.

She now requires around-the-clock specialist supervision as her recovery continues.
