Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Security and Peace Dr. Horace Chang is reported to be recovering well, following an elective medical procedure over the weekend.

The Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) says during his recuperation, the Ministry of National Security and Peace will be overseen by the prime minister.

The office extended best wishes to Dr. Chang, expressing hope for a speedy recovery and his prompt return to official duties
