Decomposing body of unidentified female found in Rio Grande, Portland

The decomposing body of an unidentified female was found in Berrydale, Portland, yesterday.

It has been reported that about midday, persons rafting on the Rio Grande observed the body in the water and summoned the police.

Investigations are ongoing.
