The Ocho Rios Police are probing the circumstances surrounding the death of a man whose body was discovered in an advanced state of decomposition in a sinkhole in Mansfield Heights, Ocho Rios, St. Ann, this morning.

Relatives have identified the deceased as 62-year-old farmer Paul Boswell.

A family member told IRIE FM News that Boswell had been missing since Wednesday, February 19, after failing to return home from his farm.

A search party was organized and this morning a resident stumbled upon Boswell’s body.

The woman who made the discovery said she alerted the police and firefighters who removed the body from the sinkhole.
