Debutants True Juice opens at home, returning Humble Lion play away when new Wray & Nephew season kicks off August 23

Newly promoted Tru-Juice Fc will make their Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League debut against former champions Mount Pleasant when the new season gets underway on August 23, 2026.

This will be at the Bramwell Clarke Sports Complex in Ewarton, St Catherine at 3.30pm

Humble Lion making their return to the top flight league will open in an away fixture against Tivoli Gardens at the Edward Seaga Sports Complex.

Meanwhile, title-holders Portmore United will start the defense of their title against Waterhouse at Ferdie Neita Park, while the beaten finalist last season Cavalier will be on the road against Dunbeholden at the Dunbeholden Sports Complex.

In the other opening round encounters Racing United take on Arnett Gardens and Molynes United face Treasure Beach at Stadium East.

The first Monday night double-header of the new season will be at the Drax Hall Sports Complex on August 31, with Cavalier against Portmore United in a repeat of last seasons final following which Mount Pleasant take on Racing United.

The Championship playoffs will start on April 21, 2027 featuring the top six teams with the two way semi-finals down to be contested on April 28 and May 2, 2027.

The final to decide the 2026-2027 champions will be contested on May 9 inside the National Stadium.
