Dancehall Fraternity Mourns The Death Of Powerman’s Son

Members of the Jamaican music fraternity are expressing condolences to veteran Dancehall deejay Powerman following the death of his 25-year-old son, Christopher Davey.
Among those reacting to the tragic news are Spragga Benz, Delly Ranx, Bay-C and Craigy T of T.O.K, as well as the Stone Love sound system.
Davey was stabbed in Brooklyn on Friday night. According to the New York Post, he had gone to a laundromat for his mother when he was ambushed near his home in East Flatbush.
The tragedy marks the second time Powerman has lost a son within a 16-month period.
Speaking to the New York Post, the veteran deejay said he “can’t stop crying” after receiving the heartbreaking news from his ex-wife.
