The Jamaica Customer Service Association will be observing Customer Service Week starting tomorrow Sunday, October 5. 

The week is being observed under the theme “Mission Impossible: Empowering Possibilities, One Experience At a Time.”

Speaking with Irie FM News, Deputy Chairman, Richard Rowe said several activities are scheduled for the week, including a church service and the Annual Service Excellence conference. 

He noted that service excellence affects businesses and clients.  

Employers are being encouraged to use the week to celebrate customer service providers in their organisations.
