CPFSA says children entering care facilities have severe behavioural challenges
The Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA) said many children entering care facilities have severe behavioural challenges.
Chief Executive Officer of the CPFSA, Rosalee Gage-Grey made the revelation while addressing the graduation ceremony for 170 workers, who were trained during a 16-week capacity-building workshop for residential child care.
She noted that behavioural challenges account for the second-highest number of issues reported.
