Clansman-One Don Gang trial put off to November 18
The Clansman-One Don Gang Trial which was scheduled to continue today has been put off to November 18.
The case had to be adjourned as Chief Justice Bryan Sykes who is trying the case was not available.
Summation of the evidence will begin when the trial resumes in the Home Circuit Court.
The trial began last year September with 33 accused.
During the trial five of the accused were freed, while Andre Smith who was on bail was shot and killed in August.
The men are charged under the Criminal Justice (Suppression of Organization) Act and Firearms Act with various offences including murder.
