Chief Richard Currie has addressed a statement made by Sizzla, who questioned his position as Paramount Chief of Accompong, Cockpit Country.

During his Road to Success interview on Thursday (Feb 13) on IRIE FM with Kshema Francis, Chief Currie responded to Sizzla’s controversial remarks from last month, stating that if the post was directed at him, there are proper avenues to address any issues or concerns.

In 2021, Currie became the youngest Maroon to be appointed Paramount Chief of the State of Accompong, Cockpit Country.
