Security Minister and General Secretary of the Jamaica Labour Party, (JLP) Dr. Horace Chang says under the party’s governance, Jamaicans will be safe.

Speaking at the JLP’s Rock River Divisional Conference in Clarendon, last evening, Dr. Chang acknowledged that crime remains an issue.

However, he noted that gains have been made in the fight against crime.

Dr. Chang said the Holness-led government is ensuring that the Jamaican society is safe, so that residents can enjoy the fruits of their labour.

He urged residents to work with the police to reduce crime.
