In a Music News interview, Cecile, provided an update that includes assembling a board and seeking the involvement of professionals.

Cecile’s initiative comes in response to a recent incident where the Portland police charged a 12-year-old boy seen on video physically assaulting another male student on school grounds. He has been charged with assault occasioning bodily harm and will appear before the children’s court in the parish.
