Entertainer Cecile says she is ready to start working on music consistently after taking a much-needed break to focus on her daughter.

In a post shared with her over 437,000 followers on Instagram, Cecile explained that she never really stopped making music, but she stopped focusing on her career because she wanted to be in her daughter’s life.

“Here’s to me making music again. Here’s to me trying to do it in a way where I am proud of everything I do”, she wrote in part.

Cecile, who is currently promoting ‘Happy Cup’, a collaboration with Southern Maine artist Nate Winter, is slated to perform in Seattle on March 31.
