Doctors and nurses attached to the Accident and Emergency Department of the Cornwall Regional Hospital in St. James, have stopped working and are protesting conditions at the department.
The placard bearing workers are calling for improvements in the working conditions, indicating they cannot work in an unsafe environment.
The government has allocated one hundred and fifty (150) million dollars towards the rebuilding of an infirmary in Trelawny.
