Finance Minister Fayval Williams says the planned reduction in the GCT on electricity is part of a bigger plan to bring down electricity costs. On Sunday Prime Minister Andrew Holness announced that GCT on electricity will be reduced from 15% to 7%, after the next budget in March next year.
