A flash flood watch is in effect for eastern and south-central parishes, until 5 pm tomorrow. This as heavy rains continue to affect sections of the island. Parishes under the watch are St. Mary, Portland, St. Thomas, Kingston, St. Andrew, St. Catherine and Clarendon.
