His announcement follows the removal of a controversial billboard in Rockfort, Kingston, at the weekend.Citizens posted several videos to social media decrying what they say is the inappropriateness and lewdness of the billboard.The billboard was subsequently removed, but Kingston Mayor Andrew Swaby said this was not due to public outcry but because of the placement and lack of approval.

A section of the Broadgate Main Road in St.Mary is seriously compromised.  The National Works Agency (NWA) says this is because a pipe culvert has been burnt from beneath the road embankment leading to its partial collapse.
