State Minister for Industry, Investment and Commerce, Delano Seiveright says his ministry has committed to getting more businesses in the beauty and personal care services industry formalized allowing for access to bigger opportunities. Speaking at the opening of the Jamaica International Beauty Expo recently, Mr. Seiveright said many entrepreneurs have the talent to succeed but are limiting their growth by remaining informal.

The deceased are 25-year-old Adriel Hewitt of Ascot Drive Old Harbour, St. Catherine and 48-year-old Cecil Lewis of Colgate Ocho Rios, St. Ann. In the latest incident at around 7:30 PM lawmen report that Lewis was driving a motorcycle along the Breadnut Hill main road.
